Once agreed the period of stay is required a confirmation by e-mail.
For long periods it is possible to arrange a discounted price, contact us for more info!
For short stays the payment will be made at check-in.
For bookings over 6 days . is required to pay in advance , a deposit of 30 % of the entire stay.
In case of cancellation within 4 days before the arrival the deposit will be fully refunded.
